We're seeking a highly skilled painter with 10+ years of professional experience to lead by example on residential painting projects. This role requires expertise in interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, product selection, and achieving premium-quality finishes. Senior Painters are expected to mentor team members, ensure projects meet Pure VT Painting's high standards, communicate effectively with homeowners, and help keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.
